Procurer’s notes:
I have weaved into the public atlas, what data I could from the compromised Elementum vessel. They’re coming…
Procurer’s addendum:
Their military atlas uses some non-standard nomenclature, chief among it, the use of -pheim as a suffix, and apparently the Fyrir discoverer as the prefix
Galaxies
Chernozem
4 radial armed galaxy. Abuts the Draak galaxy. Rumoured to be the origin of the [Redacted] and [Redacted]. It’s fairly unremarkable, even the central blackhole cluster is average.
Draak
Home of the Dracovirum Empyr and all related races, species and powers. A dual blackhole cluster makes up its core. Has an even mix of elements and stars, with above average numbers of pulsars and quasars. Noted for its density of star nurseries. Cluster density is also above average. Nearly double average number of sentient life forms due to the larger than mean number of planets per star.
Planets
Nitens
A small and isolated world that is remarkable for two major exports: unique gemstones and unique soldiery. The two are inextricably linked, as millennia of evolution alongside the millisecond decay rate of some of the gems has led to a multi-hued hominid species that is able to ablate most wavelengths of radiation. The planet shares its name with this species. The planet itself is devoid of all surface level plantlife and water, due in part to the intense cosmic ray storms that bypass the medium density atmosphere every 2.22 Nitens years. Just underneath the surface, scalloped plant profusion pockets cover most of the near-surface, with individual Nitentes populations dominating each. Their star configuration is a binary system - a compact pulsar orbiting an MSS s2 bright yellow. A single massive spaceport is tidally, and orbitally, locked in the solar zone. The shadow this creates on the surface has given rise to first above ground permanent water, utilized as a citizen only resort.
Tres Lanceas
Where once a planet core existed, now sits a Rhexis and the Empyreal station studying it. As all rifts are, this one is unique in that it seems to be surrounded by blood at all times. Its specific gravity is enough to keep most of the former planet in a strange tidally locked, georbitally locked state. Three main slices of the planet are all that remains, transfixed as they are above their antagonizer.
Saeculum
A Pulsar trapped in a planet’s core is used as a tectonic based clock. Self names its local cluster, which is also the current Galactic standard time. Saeculum Mean Time dictates nearly all time baselines throughout the Empyr. The [Redacted] and other organizations have adopted it as well.
