Skein

Navis Aurlupus

Rare on the battlefield, these massive hunters are nonetheless sleek and powerful, with their full fire focused on singular targets. Noted for their almost fur-like golden plating, a trait shared with the rest of the Aurchrys Hexad

Caelum Ruptor

A Dracovir charged, and empowered, by the Emperor to destroy a specific entity. In the roughly 471000 standard year history of the Dracovirum Empyr, only 8 times has this mantle been bestowed upon a Dracovir, with only 5 times needing to be bequeathed to another on the shadow of the original recipient’s failure.

Currently this mantle sits atop the shoulders of a member of one of the new Dracovir tribes forged on the edge of the [Redacted], an Abothynus. She has spent the last 6 centuries pursuing her mostly unknown foes across the smoldering wreckage of countless worlds and systems, with no discernible end in sight. A powerful lineage of Asapphirus and Afurvus courses through her, affording q-binus parameters marking her as an [Redacted] as well.

Schiltron

‘The spear of annihilation’

The proper name of an Asapphirus Lucaetum Dracovir. Used directly by the Emperor to dislodge troublemakers and otherwise remove obstacles. He was offered anything in the known universe as a reward for putting down a system rebellion single handedly, he chose the emperor's only daughter, a gold flecked alabaster Dracovir-[Redacted]. It is unknown whether this has driven a Rhexis between tool and wielder, but the Emperor has not used his backroom diplomat since the princess was requested.

Dreadnaughts

Navis Oirfalx

These golden plated squadrons act as shimmering reapers. Any ailing or disabled unallied vessel they come across is rapidly sundered down to its particles, with the resultant slag and energy transported by Rhexis directly into or onto other enemies. Allied units can be disposed of the same way, with an even greater effect. A member of the Aurchrys Hexad.

Navis Venator

Duxmare commanding these impressive attack minded ships stalk the battlefield, coordinating their strikes against targets of opportunity with one another and other military assets. Several hunting the same target will form into a Lupus Hastam, a seemingly unconnected collection of ships. Each works to secure and dispose reinforcement lanes, avenues of escape and ultimately herd the prey towards a termination area. In a nitemarish display of tactical acumen, these otherwise random looking acts and maneuvers serve to isolate and cut down largest capital ships or even command ships. A variety of weapon, armor and shielding loadouts exist for this class, allowing for situational adaptability.

Navis Triarius

Locally agile medium sized capital ships. Designed for close quarters survivability and positioning instead of remarkable directional speed. The ships form a defensive network around larger capital vessels. Each bears the brunt of rear guard fighting, with focus on redirecting incoming normal damage into outgoing linearly accelerated plasma rounds. Massive wide angle, short range concussion cannons complete their arsenal, with Duxmare relying on their maneuverability and incredible shielding and armor to ensure their line isn’t breached.

Colossi

Navis Arx Ornatus

Among the command ships of the Empyr, none are as intimidating and ostentatious at the same time as this class. Gaudiness however, is in short supply, instead, massive banks of q-binus accelerators blanket the exterior shell. An inner shell houses the power, engineering and command areas. Flying fortresses in every aspect of the word, they have systems designed to defend and attack against any class of enemy. They are not invincible, having mobility issues and being prone to overwhelming swarm tactics if their cohorts fall.

Navis Arx Amplus

Extreme, vulgar, unbridled; all describe the firepower that defines this command capital ship. Quite capable at mobility for a ship half its mass. Rows of rapid fire turrets and q-binus long range accelerators bristle along its first third, with short range system defenses taking up the middle third and extra thick armor and shielding making up the engine third. Two pairs of massive mass disruptors jut out from the top and bottom of engine fairings, facing aft and swiveable 180 degrees.

Navis Arx Extasis

Scarred, burnt and twisted, this monstrously sized flagship is built to take on all comers. Honed in the forges of the [Redacted] conflict, Duxmare of these vessels have an unflinching coolness in any environment or predicament. Each ship is highly customized around the lineage of its Duxmare, and upon relinquishing command, the ships are decommissioned.
